HOW TO DO "PRICE MATCH"?

If you find a lower price for our product elsewhere, you can request a price match by showing us the valid evidence:

• If you visit a Wacom Store, let the staff know and they will apply the "Price Match" on the spot.

• If you contact us by phone, email, or Facebook, please send the information you have to our staff, and they will apply the "Price Match" immediately to your order.

• You can provide evidence in the form of a website link, photo, email, price list, flyer, coupon, or any other relevant documentation.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING "PRICE MATCH"?

Please take note of the following guidelines to facilitate the easy and quick application of the "Price Match" by our staff:

• The products for price comparison must have the same model number, be genuine, be in the same in-stock condition, and be brand new.

• When applying for "Price Match," please use the selling prices of all legitimate Wacom product businesses within Cambodia as evidence. References from foreign entities, including stores and websites located in other countries, will not be considered valid.

• We acknowledge reference prices from various channels including e-commerce sites, social networks, websites, physical stores, email price quotes, advertising flyers, and discount coupons. The selling price should be indicated in USD or Riel Cambodia; other foreign currencies will not be accepted.

• Please ensure that the sales prices you refer to from promotional programs are still valid at the time of comparison.

• Preferential prices reserved for loyal customers or on clearance sales cannot be compared.

• In all cases, even when there is insufficient evidence for authentication or in other special cases, our Head of Sales will make the final decision on the application, and "Price Match" does not apply at that time.
