In addition to providing warranty service for genuine Wacom products in Vietnam, we also offer repair services for products that are out of warranty or have been purchased from a vendor not associated with the Wacom system. Stores and vendors that no longer support customers can also avail of our repair services.

We can provide the following types of services:

• Check and diagnose errors.

• Repairs for a fee.

• Replace components for a fee.

• Pay a fee to exchange a product similar to the damaged product.

• Pay a fee to exchange for a higher quality or newer product than the damaged product.

• Receive and destroy old, damaged Wacom devices, etc. as electronic waste.
