Instead, you can find out the warranty information for your product by entering the product's serial number in the warranty check box above. Our products come with a genuine 12-month warranty following Wacom standards. We also offer a 1-for-1 exchange policy, which means you can get a completely new product if any issues arise within the first 14 days. If the product is defective and cannot be repaired during the rest of the warranty period, we will replace it with a new product immediately.

Customers who purchase products through the Wacom Store system receive additional benefits. In addition to the standard warranty, you will continue to receive support from both us and the manufacturer after the warranty expires. It's important to note that we can also assist with warranty support in other countries where Wacom has headquarters or branches, in case you are traveling, studying, or working outside Vietnam.

Please note that the pen, connection cable, and charger included with the product will not be covered by the warranty if there is an error caused by the user. Therefore, you need to carefully preserve the tablet or display and accessories during use, paying special attention to avoid dropping the pen, as this can cause damage to the pen.
